do i drink too much water and thats why i stay bloated?

i know its best to drink than to not, usually it says for a person who training heavy, cardio etc its fine to drink 2,5-3,5liters of water, i think its not too much aswell. also lets note the season, now is not summer, so its cold, u dont sweat outside the gym, so also not necessary for more.
the reason i ask is, because i were drinking 3-3,5liters per day and i stayed hard and dry, salt kept the same ed (6g), now i take mast prop, test prop, winny (i think my winny may be bunk or underdosed), bcs today i tried one old nice quality i found home, and i stay more harder and pissing more than im normally the whole day. also my joints hurted during workout for a first time, and i have stiffness and discomfort over my body late day after using the other winny.
anyway, i started drinking 5-5,5 liters per day, and i stay more soft and puffy, + i pissed 100 times the whole day today, its every 10-15-30m like i havent been pissing like few hours.. very uncomfortable. so what u think? how much liters is optimal for a normal person, does we must consume more during aas use, especially orals like winny (except for joint hydration which i see maybe it wont help).
is this part of the game, and later for example on photosession there is the only benefit to lower the water a bit?
 
For me I drink 1-2gal daily and piss like crazy also. It’s important not to flush out all your electrolytes when consuming a lot and hydrating. I make sure to supplement with electrolytes 2-3 Xs per day and also try to keep sodium in check.
As for the gear idk if the Winny is bunk but that compound does help keep me dry and hard, with the joint pain so I mix it with some Var which seems to help. I also do not particularly love to run short esters such as Test Prop or Mast Prop. I do like Tren Ace and NPP but I prefer the Enanthate esters of Test and Mast. Idk what your doses are and pinning frequency? Those are things that can play a role but usually better with short esters.
Make sure to calculate your sodium intake with foods and maybe try to play with your intake to see if that helps. I have some digestive issues so it doesn’t matter what I eat or when I eat. I bloat after and it stays all day. I take an anti bloating and gas tablet with each meal that seems to help.

I tend to agree with you. I upped from 1 gallon to about 2 gallons over the last 3 weeks and im just pissin every hour. All its doing is stripping electrolytes the blood can only hold so much damn water. To me 1-1.5 gallons is at most what anybody would need...short of a summer manual labor position sweating their ass off all day they'd need more of course.

Is your winstrol maybe dianabol? Lol shit blows me up like a water balloon

im sipping small amounts sodium daily with each meal, even morning before cardio, during, pre-wo, during workout in the watee, post-wo, after post-wo meal, a bit the last meal.. i even started Tren Hex 100mg/w - 2 weeks ago lol

Everyone is very individual on what their intake is and it can vary for everyone. Like I said as long as you are supplementing electrolytes and sodium with the water intake anyone can drink as much as it feels right for them.

Well again like I said everyone’s water intake can vary. Idk where you are in the world but it’s been 90-100+ for the last month and a half where I live. I workout in my garage gym for 60-90min minus cardio and I can sweat out a lot of water just from my workouts. But even without this if this works for me but doesn’t work for you means nothing except we have individual needs.

Are you calculating sodium in your meals and drinks? You may not need to add any additional sodium to your daily intake. I think you said you keep it at like 6g daily. I don’t mind being between 3-4g daily.

As someone mentioned the winstrol might be Dbol but I don’t see why a lab would swap them bc they are both cheap and similar in price for raws. But I’ll also say anything is possible out there today.

No way a lab is selling dbol as Winstrol, we would know immediately

your case of water balloon is you’re most likely taking too much per day., I prefer to use 20-30mgs a day and use only on training days (mitigates the sides) so I will run it for much longer periods, combined with high test is my favorite blast

most people dont know how to use dbol. They start out @ 50mgs a day and do not use an AI like exemastane, moreover not eating proper whole foods and keeping up with macros makes a huge difference in how dbol shows up on them

You can add nice full lean gains while using Dbol the muscle bellies will explode and so does strength

the only thing i drink sonce 4 months is water, my meals are only home cooked and no fat and salt included nowhere. i add after.i also dont see a reason, maybe way too undersosed, but to be honest i feel fantastic on the first winny, on the second i trywd now im irritable, more like not good feeling around, so the first one could be dbol haha

hey, thanks for the reply! but i take winstrol normally, not dbol. and i take 30mg/day aswell. about ai’s, i use adex 0,25 2 times/week and proviron 25mg ed

The adex can cause joint pain, irritability, and fatigue. Just be careful you aren’t overdoing it bro.
Shit man things happen out there. If that one Winny makes you feel like shit ditch it and stay with the one that’s working better for you.

thanks brother! normally the winny that makes me feel bad, works wonders.. but if it gets too bad ill just drop it. have some good adrol on hand, may try 25mg ed for some fullness 😃 we will see.

No, if anything you’d likely flatten out from flushing and pissing out all your electrolytes.

I agree with the comments saying some times people overdo it, but 5 or so liters a day certainly is not anything over the top especially for a large individual that trains.
