I've never used them before, but currently I am eating more meals than I ever have since beginning lifting. And I've stayed consistent with them for about 4 weeks now. One thing I have noticed is this feeling of a bloated stomach and like I'm not digesting food fast enough.

My diet is mostly chicken/fish and white rice, and my other meals are egg whites and oats, since I figured it would be the easiest to get this many meals in and digest easiest.

4 weeks ago I was 210 now I'm up to 230 and lost some bodyfat, so the plan is working but curious if enzymes would benefit or help this full stomach feeling.

Currently on test 500mg/tren 350mg/deca 300mg/dbol 40mg. I've never been on this much gear before either, and I know running 2 19 nors is considered "bad" but I feel like the deca helps the joints so I threw it in there.

yes the help a little. i use the now brand super enzymes . few caps with each meal

I started taking them after I saw Dannie mention them. Previously I've had trouble fully digesting upwards of say 250g of protein a day but now it seems to be no problem.

I'll try them out. This tren also has my acid reflux going crazy.

The other night while sleeping my head shimmied off the pillow and my stomach was at a higher level than my head I guess and the stomach acid came up my throat and into my nasals. I wake up and think I'm choking to death so I ran to the bathroom and puked for like 10 minutes and acid/swai/rice was still stuck up there after.

Shit sucked.

Yep. Have you aspirated it into your lungs in your sleep yet? That's some fucked up shit. I started on digestive enzymes and a high quality probiotic recently due to digestive issues. I went with papaya enzymes as suggested by BTC.

That might be what happened, I just know I was fucked up a good hour or so before I could go back to sleep.

Don't both over-acidic and under-acidic stomach conditions show some of the same symptoms? And can be caused by thyroid deficiencies? I'm recalling some of BTC's writings on this... might be something for everyone to take a closer look at since it's a common (ubiquitous?) issues with AAS users and could be the root cause of the digestive problems.
