For those not too familiar with DNP this is a great summary of what it is and what it does. Dr. Dwyane knows his shiz on the topic. I don't condone the use of the compound, but it's not nearly as dangerous or toxic as people make it out to be. This was a huge weight loss compound in the early 1900's where tens of thousands of people used it with great results and very minimal deaths.

Felt like death beyond 150mg, some glutathione is a must imo. I’ll watch the vid later.

I am very experienced in DNP and I will say this, experienced enough that I will not ever help source it, carry it or tell others how to use it.


I have personally seen a few near death experiences even in friends using it. IT literally cooks your insides.

I know they used to give it to Russian soldiers in war time to keep them from freezing on the battle field.

If I were the commander in charge of the Military I would demand everyone is on high dose TRT at the very least. The women too!! (LOL I am just kidding. I at least think I am funny) rolling eyes

I mean 125 wasn’t bad almost didn’t feel anything. 250 was heat and some lethargy. 375 was extreme heat and max lethargy. Nausea after every pill it tastes like shit imo. I ran it while work was slow, so I guess being lethargic and shit was tolerable, but once I had to work impossible to operate that way.

I guess only diff imo is DNP can take you from high bf to lean, where as I wouldn’t use clen if I was fat. Probably glp1 a better route. My diet was also idk 1k cals maybe 😂😂

I view DNP kind of like GLP-1's. If used, which it shouldn't be, should be used by the obese. There is no reason for anyone trying to get shredded using this stuff. You will feel tired, flat, hot and have trouble breathing...you don't add that in a contest prep! lol

Used at a low-doses of 50-200mg/day for when you have someone obese will ramp up fat loss at a ridiculous pace. Pretty low sides at that dose, unless the person is stupid and ingests more than needed.

The thing you have to watch out for using this compound is where you're getting it from. You have ZERO confidence or assurance you are consuming actual/pure DNP. Also, crystal and powder hit two VERY distinct ways.

I've used it back in the day for cutting large amounts of weight for MMA. Haven't touched it in decades, never prescribed to a client and will never touch it again.
