Im told that Simon Rex is now a rapper named Dirt Nasty

Am I being trolled?

Look at the ears. Ears are as unique as fingerprints and used by LE for identification. Your pic isn't a great look at the ears but comparing to the video, it sure looks close. If I was placing a bet, I'd say it's the same dude.
