A-DAY BULK AND BUILD CYCLE
TNE 200mgs/weekly first 2 weeks. Split shot into 2-3 x a Day for a Jump Start.

Test 400 : 400 mgs/week first 2 weeks Either Take 1 x week or split up 2 x week.

Test 400 : 600-750 mgs/week next 14 weeks. Depending on tolerance. Gradually increasing to your comfortability.

Deca: 300-600 mgs/ week. 16 weeks. Gradually increase based on Bloodwork, Tolerance and Results.

Tren: 150-300 mgs/wk first 4 weeks.
Then Bump it up to 300-500mgs/wk for the last 12 weeks based on tolerance, bloodwork and results.

Only you know your body. Don't push it too hard and watch your labs. Each person is at a different stage cycles in their life.

If you start getting sides use an AI as recommended by manufacturer based on the compound your using.

Remember, you do you. Where 400mg a week of any compound might give you sides. There's others that take 800mg/wk all the way up to 1200mg/wk. They don't usually live long though. To me It's the perfect combination of lean muscle mass meets bulk while burning the fat. Start low and slow. If you can get by with 400 mg/wk and get good results why make your body work harder and pay for it by pinning 800 mg/wk of any compound?

Arnold was an amazing athlete; even now, his exercises are difficult to perform, even for experienced bodybuilders.
