Figured since hydration is part of diet.
Been noticing in the mornings or if I go a while without drinking water during the day my urine gets cloudy.
Everything I’ve read is it’s a normal sign of dehydration. Of course there’s a bunch of other things that can cause it but some of the information seems a bit confusing.
If it’s cloudy but goes away if I drink a cup or two of water it’s dehydration. If it recurs because I haven’t had any water in a bit but then clears up again drinking water it’s still just a hydration issue right?
The way some of the information is written seems like if it goes away with water it’s dehydration BUT if it comes back then it’s something else.
Noticed since this heatwave in my area it seems like I’ve had this happen a fairly often but every time it clears up just drinking water and comes back when I go a few hours without any.
