I will give this a listen soon. I did speak to Grok about insulin as it's something I'd rather not dabble with and whilst he doesn't see use for it in my near future, if going for pro - even in mens physique - then it will be required.

What can you say about Dr Stevenson!??? Probably nothin bad lol… he just convinced me to use my lower stomach skin/fat for Humulin R. I’ve always avoided there cuz it kinda bites a bit when there’s not a lot of fat there
