Ended my cut a little early, and honestly, sometimes it’s best to take a step back and take a break. My goal is simply to get in better shape and enjoy the process. I was starting to get burnt out, and since I have no plans to compete right now, there’s no reason to run myself into the ground.

I’ve struggled with PTSD, and I’ve learned that mental health can make or break your progress. You have to take care of your mind just as much as your body.

I’ve had a lot of people ask me for advice, and I genuinely enjoy helping people while continuing to educate myself. What I don’t enjoy is being taken advantage of. I’ll gladly help when I can, but there has to be some level of respect.

If you’re asking for free gear sources, don’t know the compounds you’re running, don’t understand what you’re doing, and expect everything to be handed to you for free, I’m probably going to ask for some type of compensation for my time.

I’m always willing to help people who are serious about learning and improving. Just don’t mistake being willing to help with being available to be used.

At the end of the day, take care of yourself, stay consistent, keep learning, and don’t burn yourself out trying to prove something to everyone else.

You should eat at maintenance for awhile. I would not bulk.

You're coming from a place of having very bad body composition, then a long cut. Jumping into a bulk is a recipe for putting on a lot of bad weight quickly.

My 2 cents.

Great advice. Listen to him. You still have a good amount of bodyfat.
