I have been running a small dosage (150) of deca weekly to possibly alleviate persistent pain and weakness in my knees. The pain in my knees has been a problem for 5+ years but became significantly worse after a quick jump in weight. Not sure if the deca has actually been beneficial or I’m just getting use to the additional weight now. Not sure what I should do at this point wether continuing the dose or finding alternatives to the weakness in my knees.

If it is helpful it will only be temporary, if u added weight recently, u can either adjust to it ,(which takes time),or lean out..
I have bad knees and back..I feel your pain..learned how to walk again 5 years ago..I don't see crazy joint relief from deca like others, mild at best
Good luck

Rob, hi.

I apologize for your knees. Have you already seen a physician?
Using BPC-157 and TB500 has improved my knees tremendously. Best of luck
Or do this, which I am doing now,but fir shoulder and elbow issues

I have some time ago and had been told that no significant damage can be seen. That being said, I was told that it might be from my footwear. My job has me walking 10-15k steps a day and so I have invested in better shoes.
