Good for you man. I'm glad you found some variety. I just never really was a soda person... I will drink some seltzer water now and again, but if I want something with a fizz, it better be at least a beer LOFL.
My thing was the Snapple peach tea... had to wean off that shit for my own good 🫨

i used to drink a bunch of topo chicos but that shit is expensive now a days.
at the moment been drinking diet sodas, propel waters, and a little of those walmart clear american carbonated flavor waters.
not too many of those tho since they have calories, but my kids love them and they open them up and will put them back and leave like a small glass.
after awhile ill have like 8 of them that are just filled at the bottoms so sometimes i fill up a glass and finish and start tossing them.

i dont know what the fuck their problem is, but theyll drink 90-95%% of it and then let the rest sit. lol.

had bi weekly check in with coach and was blessed with a free meal Friday. 🤗

may or may not take it, i usually dont, but I might this time.
ill be celebrating my sons birthday on friday so maybe couple slices of pizza or 1 burger or something.
nothing crazy and no sides or anything but well see.

depends on my mental state, some days I have crazy cravings and id rather not indulge if im feeling like that.

If I ignore that piece of shit ghrelin im better off I think. :mad:

damn my biceps were screaming today, i was walking around with my bag in hand and had to set it down to rest.

finally got some damn good sleep last night, woke up a little early but knocked out wicked early too, ended up being better since i get a little extra time to eat and digest everything before heading out. not a bunch but 20-30 min. makes a difference when im not in a rush out the door.

I smash diet sodas like it’s my job lol not so much right now I might have 1-2 a day. But when I’m trimming weight off… sheeesh forget it lol I’ll house 4-5 a day.
