my wife is the fckin annoying one, because some weeks shell eat my shit and some weeks she wont, and I always end up overmaking thinking shes gonna eat it, or undermaking because THAT fckin week she decides shes gonna eat my shit.

yea cant complain too much when im traveling with 2 coolers and stopping every 45 minutes to piss and then every couple of hours to eat.
cutting while traveling is way more complicated then when i was growing lol.

when i was growing, 1 bag of minute rice, bagels, oats, instant mash, and maybe a bag of cereal and id be fcking good. then just a small travel cooler with chicken breast.

fckin cutting fck, I had to take 2 coolers this past month. was a fckin nightmare. ran outta veggies, had to go store, then tournament for my kids ran too long and i didnt pack enough food.
im glad its sorta over.

have a trip this weekend again, cals still arent that high, but I think ill be able to manage.

yea as ive traveled I noticed there are 2 types of planet fitness.

life fitness machine equipped, and hammer strength. hammer strength ones are fucking awesome.
life fitness ones are okay, they work but leave a lot to be desired.

luckily my local one is a hammer strength/life fitness mix. Not the best not the worst, but i can tailor my workout days around it.

I really like their hack, the matrix one. The crunch one is good too, just kinda old school. Might alternate lower days depending on how I feel with the matrix one.
hack is legitemately my favorite movement, and I enjoy obliterating myself on it. we lowered volume on them a little so gonna pick and choose the one I feel gets me the most bang for my buck.

the crunch hack did me well, but ive also found im a little prone to injury on it, so may do something like 2 weeks pf, 1 week crunch or something. just to reduce my risk on injury while still getting solid work in.

the pf linear hammer strength leg press I like a bit too, since its got 4 plate holders, the lifefitness equipped ones only have a single and it HAS great activation, but you cant put much weight.
i wish they had that single one with the double stack for plates since you can only fit 6 45's on it.

but yea I heard so many horror stories of planet fitness, and was super surprised when I went. The equipment is NOT that bad, and if youre controlling the weight the lunk alarm really shouldnt be a problem. Ive had some really great workouts there.

its funny when you ask someone to make you plain breasts what they come up with as well. plain to me and plain to her are very different haha

However, you are already doing what's in the video aside from intra carbs which Mike just happens to throw in that is the only thing in the video NOT backed by science. lol Nothing wrong with it but in a caloric surplus of a 1-1.5 lifting session it's largely insignificant if not using insulin. You are not exhausting your glycogen stores in that workout. Longer workouts a different story and especially in a caloric deficit would make more sense.

yea i wont. biggest thing is hitting macros and training hard basically, and I got those down decently.

my biggest glaring issue is sleep which im working hard on. which Im focusing on way harder then intra carbs lol.

cardio been a little boring so just playing with my imagination a little. haha

yea same, i saw some ladies using it with a 5lb plate and I dont judge but i was kinda thinking that seems really freaking light.
put 2 plates on and i was like WHAT THE FUCK is going on with this bitch lmao, had to go down to a plate and a 25 and i WAS STRUGGLING.

i was like damn those ladies are strong lol.
 
PF hack I like along with the leg press that holds 8pps. My wife’s pf recently got the squat platforms which all have a t-bar row setup as well. I use it for meadow rows since there dbs are light when I do back there which isn’t that often but is now an option
The hammer strength equipment is def way better than lifetime.

yea that leg press with 8 is good.
depending on the setup when i travel this weekend, might go bent over smith bar rows I think. I did that last week and my rhomboids were sore for like 6 days lol.
I know soreness doesnt mean much, but it felt good.

the smiths they have also matter. the hammer strength smith is money, the other one they have which I dont know the brand is a little different not the same. I can tell by the thickness of the bar.

They used to be really really bad, but have improved a lot recently. Also their "lunk alarm" gets a bit of a bad wrap and their "pizza parties" and "free candy".

The increase in membership cost drove a lot of capital improvements and better machines. It can be hit or miss depending on where they are in improvements.

lol Bottom line: If you know how to work out correctly you don't need much. There are tons of variations for every exercise.
 
The lunk alarms have all been disconnected the ones I’ve been to. Said for safety reasons, older people having heart attacks. They have squat racks now, I’m banging weights, no one says anything

its a little odd after doing ppl for so long but feels good! kinda like a breath of fresh air. in time its gonna pay off for sure so I can go even more intense with my training. Gotta get the most I can outta the 5 days.

today i learned that jamaica tea can cause bloating and gas and diarrhea if you drink too much.
I apparently i drank too much lol.

im not all that hungry tho now at least lol

probably just add more grapes to fill in the carbs, or might swap grapes for rice? idk right now. dropped all oats and stuff cuz bloating and stomach distension was just SEVERE lol.

stomach all good and 645 sleep last night 🤗

so this week, sunday i had 445 sleep, monday 5.15, tuesday 7.5 and yesterday 6.45.
seems like it worked. i probably woulda slept a little more too today but alarm went off, and was the 2nd oh shit alarm so had to go.

i think dayvigo gonna be my regimen now , although i did get a side effect. EXTREMELY vivid dreams, almost lucid.
had me wicked confused. i woke up about 4 times to pee and i woke up with the idea in my head i was not sleeping at all due to the dreams.
around 1 am though i got my bearings and realized i was sleeping because I didnt have the groggy wasted feeling. feel back asleep woke up 315am
after falling asleep around 845- 930.

i think it has to do with whether or not that pill forces me to sleep versus me falling asleep before it kicks in.
i was wicked excited last night for today with pull and bjj so that pill forced me to sleep since i was just so wired up.

had a great pull session, im gonna grow for sure with this plan its fucking awesome @Meetketchup. its not matter of if I grow, its just how much! 💪
having a rest day prior to this was so good!

kept wicked tension in every movement. I tossed out all my old reps and whatever, and just focused on making sure i had tension tension tension on every single rep.
super brutal! havent felt that kinda heat on my back. with a small bit of food in my tummy and eaas just has me feeling sooo much better when I workout, add in sleep, food, and in time androgens and we have a nice recipe for success.

will be keeping that pre workout macros identical through out I think, only think will add in time as carbs come up, half scoop of whey and my eaas.

went to bjj and got super solid cardio in, lotta movement drilling and sparring heart rate and sweat was top notch.

disgusting intolerable amount, embarrassing to say actually lol.
lets just say a few times in the evening, i sat on the couch and punded a 2l soda before bed. :oops:
and that wasnt even the first one lol.

ive backed off significantly now, and i mean significantly. couldnt have been healthy at all.
switched to tea atm and honestly i think its more filling then sodas. nice warmth makes me feel good, and if the tea happens to have caffeine even better. plus antioxidants and other things
that probably wont do much, but wont hurt. better then all that sodium and just you know artificial stuff.
but i guess we were fairly deep into the cut so whatever was working, wish i woulda thought of tea sooner.

funny story, i forgot to pay my fcking water bill last month, surprise. yesterday was cut off lmao. no idea how i forgot, since I paid the electric, and i always pay them back to back.
low carb brain things for sure lmao. got it restored pretty quick but still yesterday at noon my kids were like daddy theres no water!? :oops:. i was like huh wtf. lmao funny.
 
I love tea, normally 2-3 cups a day. Always stayed away from soda but picked some diet soda up to help with the hunger cravings. Gonna to try to just have 1 a day when times get rough haha we shall see
