thought i was gonna be super sore and heavy. was pleaseantly surprised.
knees were a little sketchy from playing turtle, they were super tight yesterday but loosened up nicely overnight.
sleep initially was super shitty, and woke up at 2 am, ohshit.jpeg, ended up falling back asleep and pushed my alarm 15 minutes to 315, perfect, went from i feel like shit god no, to waking up refreshed.
got a good push day in.
skipped incline press, just wasnt hitting right so said screw it and went to incline dbs. perfect! got a real good feel on it. my chest is soooo tight right now.
i expect to be a little heavy tomorrow im def gonna be a little sore since I havent had a really nice chest day in a minute.
Fst 7 on shoulder movements and I brutalized them with lat raises. Just freaking murdered them.
overall good day, i do feel like I missed something for some reason but not sure i coulda done anymore. cant quite put my finger on it.
might have been my weight making me feel off, since i think i was little dehydrated. gonna hydrate today for sure, tomorrow pull day.

12.5 for 3 sets then upped to 16.5 for last few, and last set dropped to 12.5 again.

rough meal idea, ran out of smoked meat, and little time for prep w-f for meal prepping so went for the good ole boiled grey chicken.
honeslty I havent had plain ass boiled chicken in a minute. no spices nothing. Strangely i really like the plainness of it.
not sure what it reminds me off but its like I missed you grey chicken, nice to meet you again. you saved me in my time of need.
