People that "eat what they want on the weekends" are the people that don't make gains and that's for fat loss/lean bulking. Consistency is and always will be king.ive told a few people that I hired a coach to help me with bulking/lifting/macros etc.
they all ask me you dont get a cheat meal? bitch im bulking why would I need a cheat meal for?
"oh i could never do that, i like to just eat what I want on the weekend."
also bulking is harder then cutting. 100%
they dont realize how many years it took them to get fat lol. Now actively TRY to gain weight during a certain time period while trying to stay lean as possible.
lmao clowns.
at least with cutting you just dont eat, and if youre having a hard time they sell shots for that lol.
I cant believe im 187 with all the shit im eating, and I know if I stopped the weight (fat) would literally melt off.
its not like Im sad Im not eating cheeseburgers and fried chicken and shit.
it doesnt feel good eating that at all, id rather eat my food. I feel full for longer and dont feel all crashed and horrible and bloated.
If I feel bloated its because I ate 300grams of apples. lol.
the only thing I ever get cravings for is chips. probably my only true weakness.
need to learn how to make my own, lord knows I have the potatoes for it lmao.
Yep I'm particularly strict because of all the traveling coming my way. So I make the absolute best effort when I can and am able. Is it hard? Yea but not impossible. There's always ways options.People that "eat what they want on the weekends" are the people that don't make gains and that's for fat loss/lean bulking. Consistency is and always will be king.
I get this ALL the time and have for years. Whenever I get a prospective client and one of the first things they ask is, "when do I get cheat meals?" I tell them to find another coach. If you are at a special/occasion event, out celebrating a nice dinner with wife or family in the off-season when calories are high and especially on gear. There is nothing wrong with having something you've been craving. You plan for it by adjusting macros earlier/later in the day. It's a once in a while thing. You can also order great tasting things with a little effort in cutting the calories just by asking...Going to a steakhouse and order a lean piece of meat with a baked potato and steamed vegetables or sushi with the majority being sashimi or non-loaded rolls. So many options.
Instead of people thinking they need to eat only plain chicken and broccoli all week is the perfect recipe for making them crave high calories foods on the weekend. They need to put a meal plan together during the week of things they love to eat with variety, so they don't have the temptation to binge or go for cheat meals.
although if my son wins state i might cheat that day a little! all planned tho! and thats not until februrary.People that "eat what they want on the weekends" are the people that don't make gains and that's for fat loss/lean bulking. Consistency is and always will be king.
