Got a lot of good information on this forum so far just wanted to put up another post and see what other feed back I get. I like reading different opinions and experiences so send it my way.

Just ordered dbol 25mg and test E 250.
This is second cycle and I’ve heard a few say don’t run dbol on second cycle but I’m gonna try it. Also got arimidex cause that’s all I was able to get in case I have issues.
Is 25mg a day dbol too much/too little for first time using it? Also how did u guys feel on it and what was your overall gains, imagine experience/physical/mental while on and coming off. I’m planning on running test for at least 16 weeks and may possibly cruise for a little while longer which brings me to the other question of 250 vs 500 mg per week? My diet and workout program is 100% on point so I have all of that in line just want maximum gains without going into overkill mode with dosages..

Hit me with your best opinions.
 
Wish I could really lay into Dbol, mood elevation is great! Pumps are nasty . Gives me Gyno super quick. Hopefully your not a heavy aromatizer like myself. As much test as you can handle without excessive AI use, which with Dbol added in I have a feeling will be quite a bit . I’ll sparingly use 25mgs preworkout though throughout the week . Little bit of titty fluff doesn’t scare me like it use to a couple years ago
 
This is my favorite combo 25mg Dbol a day and 500-600 test a week gives me great results......
 
25mg a day for 4 weeks is good for a second cycle. I wouldn’t go longer than 12-15 weeks on 500mg of Test for a second cycle. Talk about not trying to overkill on dosages, why would you go into a cruise? Thats overkill. What are your stats? Age, height, weight, lifts?
 
Planning on running 50mg a day alongside a test cycle. I didn’t want to deal with the extra estrogen conversion but it’s not a big deal to me anymore. As far as the liver support you can just buy that online at Amazon or whatever you prefer.
 
25mg Dbol is definitely not too much. That’s minimum dose for me, but also there’s some who dose it through out the day due to the half life and others who run it pre workout as my self. Start at 25mg and depending how you feel stay there or up the dosage to 50mg, ONLY if you feel it’s needed. Don’t go over 50mg. Messes with your estrogen, so you wanna see by how much, little by little.

I love Dbol, gives me sick pumps, sometimes a little too sick, I be looking like SpongeBob with the inflatable arms on arm day 😂😂 what I mean is the pumps are crazy obvious since they’re kinda puffy pumps. Unless you’re super lean that may not be an issue. Strength goes up and best part is it makes me feel like I took a recreational drug lol feel good on it.

If diet and training are on point try 350mg of test. No need to go to 500mg. Max out the gains at 350, next cycle go 5.

Never experience anything when coming off Dbol, I sometimes run it for 3-4 weeks and sometimes I pop it sporadically when I feel I need it a little something, heavy day or I’m dragging or I just want that little extra.

I have a family friend who is a doctor and knows that his son and I both use gear. He advised NAC 1000mg daily for liver. I buy mine at Walmart. 45 day supply for $12. I do take milk thistle also because it is dirt cheap. $5 for 30 days.

At some point give T bol a try. I find the gains to be much better than dbol. Lean gains and better retention of those gains. I hated the water weight from dbol. For an expensive but very effective mix, try the Test, at 400-500 per week Tbol(50mg) daily and Anavar(50mg) daily. I did that for the first time 2 years ago and got amazing results. Not cheap though and you need to be sure the Anavar is real. I can vouch for GC and PSL Anavar.

Depends on your body type. Dianabol and Test together can rally set you into a high estrogen spin if you even make an average amount of estrogen. It can be done but probably you will hold some water. It could be good for strength in the gym but you will likely be bloated.

You have to dial it in. Too much and you will hold water and other sides. To little and you go nowhere. A replacement dose on average is about 100 mg/w. A high sport TRT is 200 mg/w. Tolerace is found somewhere starting roughly from there to say 400 mg/w. Depends on your estrogen conversion. you can dial it in by starting low end, say 200 mg/w and wait 3 weeks. If you're going along OK you might bump it up to 300 mg/w, wait 3 weeks and see how you are doing. If still OK the go to 400 mg/w and so on. when you start to spill over, get water retention, lethargy, puffy nipples then you have exceeded your comfortable limit.

I would recommend using aromasin unstead of arimidex esp with dbol.

Aromsin blocks conversion and frees up test without dropping your natural estro.

Arimidex is a harsh compound, and you can easily crash your estro if you dont dial it in right.

Dbols main vector for growth is protien synthesis. It will have an effect at any time of the day but its greatest potential is in the recovery phase. Its only in your system for a few hours per dose.

I take it pre-w/o bc the pumps are great, but I also take it post workout.

Theres about a 30 min post workout window where absorbable protien is in high demand for recovery.

Combining a dose of dbol with fast absorbing whey post workout is highly effective.

I would go:
250mgs test e or c e4d
25mgs dbol pre & post w/o on lifting days.
25mg with dinner on non-workout days (muscle is built during rest).

12.5mgs aromasin eod while on the 4 weeks of dbol and 12.5mgs e4d on pin days on test only.

I would also wait until week 4 of the cycle to start the dbol, its way more effective after your test levels are up, vs a "kick starter" at the begining when your test levels are lower.

Just ordered some inject Dbol . Seems like the half life is quite a bit longer than oral which in return should calm estro a tad ay? Not a ton of thorough info I can find to read more about it. Anybody prefer inject over oral?

Its very difficult to cycle on. Requires high solvents and EO. Burn, pip & heartburn.
I like it as an occasional pre-w/o, but injecting it 1-2x per day for 4 weeks would be torturous.
 
Well damn Fletcher , I was hoping to mix it in with the daily AM pin . Maybe 25mgs . That 2nd pin of the day just for preworkout gets on my nerves . Good looking out though 💪

I love the effects of inj dbol, dbol in general but cycling with it isnt optimal.

Mixing it into a milder oil helps for sure.
I rarely pin that shit solo! 😄 Everytime I do I regret it!

Many many decades ago after spitting in Saul Alinsky's face, I cycled nandrolones with Reforvit B, an injectable dianabol I think that was 25 mg/ml. Stuff made you taste a cross between rancid corn oil and sunflower seeds and vitamin B complex after every injection. I injected every day and sometimes stereo shooting because both the reforvit and anndrolones I was using were no more than 50 or 100 mg/mL. I grew like a weed and got strong as fuque. I look like a mutant angry dock worker.
 
Well I’m curious why not to take dbol for your second cycle, Christ when I started this mess 20yrs ago I was told the first cycle was the best and to load up, and I did just that. 100mg of dbol is my normal dosage when on, I have no estrogen issues so lucky me. And with the enth I wouldn’t do anything less than 500mg. You need to ask yourself what are your goals and go from there.
 
When I started gear in my 30s my first cycle was Test C 500mg 2x week. I didn't know better. I had no one to guide me except the muscle heads at the gym. They probably told me what they were talking and I just copied there cycle. My 2nd cycle I threw some Anadrol in on top of the test. Hell, I got so strong I could not believe it. I was eating like crazy and was growing fast enough that all my friends all asked me if I was doing gear. Of course I said no....lol. they know better these days.

Quick questions- with your routine : 250mgs test e or c e4d, 25mgs dbol pre & post w/o on lifting days, 25mg with dinner on non-workout days (muscle is built during rest)-
on the dbol pre and post days when (hour of day) would you take it?

How many weeks would you run the above-8, 12...?

If you wanted to cruise with both of these, after finishing a 12 week run, how would you modify these?

Some great advice given so I don’t want to double/repeat on to what others said other than see how your body feels different doses for different folks, listen to your body/get bloods.

I’m running something very similar test-e/dbol, on day 2 keeping a log on here; I’m very upfront/straightforward hold nothing back and I plan on writing full experience whether good/bad/etc. lots of knowledgable/friendly ppl on here so feel free to reach out/write whenever
