Holy shit that shit is no joke. High-volume leg day today, unbelievable lower back pump doing squats. Not fun. Was hobbling away from the squat rack like a cripple. Only my 2nd day on 30mg/ED dbol, but have only had 20mg so far today. Hopefully will get used to that shit because goddamn...I mean just...goddamn...
 
Bananas, maybe some taurine, and lots and lots of water. Also if ever notice and area suffering from pumps, stretching will help tremendously by getting more blood and flexibility into that area. Make is a point to stretch and hold for atleast 20 seconds in those trouble areas everyday. I bet in a few days or of more it'll be a lot more tolerable and better for muscles to grow
 
Make sure you are taking these supplements:

2000+mg Taurine ED (up to 6k+ 2k is the low starting dose)
500mg Potassium ED
500mg Magnesium ED
(this is to prevent painful pump and/or muscle cramping)
High quality fish or krill oil
Good Multivitamin

BCAAs with Amino acids peri workout (before//during/after workout)
Drink tons of water
I also like to pre exhaust before I go to movement that will activate my erectors.

if you don't have any pumps at all, it's bunk. if you're talking back pumps specifically, your supplementation and stretching might be on point. I get crazy pumps all over except in my lower back with the exception being weighted back extensions with hard squeezes at the top. squats, DLs SDLS, etc have never made my back uncomfortably tight even when setting PR's on them on dbol.

Dude I had painful pumps in my delts doing shoulders yesterday and it was my FIRST DAY taking it. I had only taken 10mg in the morning and 10mg about an hour before I hit the gym. It seems to have such an immediate and pronounced effect, I would say your shit is bunk if you aren't getting any pumps at all. Especially off 50mg, I'm only taking 30.
 
If your not getting pumps that are almost painful on 50mg of dbol it's no good. My first week the pumps were so strong it was seriously painful. Now almost 4 weeks in they are much more manageable and actually a self esteem booster. Just my exp with dbol....

Dear God don't run on the dbillz.. I felt like my calves were going to fall off last time I was on dbol.

I was surprised that my calves didn't get too painfully pumped today after 3x12 standing calve raises and 3x12 seated. Delts and lower back were intense.
 
What're you stacking with the dbol?

my interpretation of the last line, lets say you're doing quads that day, nail your quads every way you can prior to squats which activate your erectors. something along those lines, could totally be wrong though :roflmao:

So for I'm handling it good. I feel like those are nice moderate doses of everything, enough to see some big gains but not enough to really be overkill. The Tren-A will clear my system in a couple days if I need to stop. For the first 8 weeks it was Test only, running the Tren-A for the last 8 weeks and decided to throw in 4 weeks of 30mg/ED dbol to jump start the second half.
 
If you can't gain huge off the stack your on...your doing something wrong. Keep us up to date with how your doing with tren. I have tren a coming, I've never ran it so I'm crazy excited

I was serious! It seemed like sensible, experienced advice and those pumps were agonizing lol. I'm already taking fish oil, multi, drinking tons of water, and taking extra bcaas, the rest won't be too much of a pain to add I'm sure Walgreen's has all that shit...

Basically. Start with exercises that isolate as much as possible. like for hamstrings start with leg curls and get the muscle tired before considering romanian deadlifts.

update i took 80mg of the aa dbol and did feel a pump but no back pumps. maybe i just don't get them but yay me.

obviously if i only take 80 mg a day i only have like 1 and half weeks of dbol left hmmm.

also i know for a fact AA oils are legit and on the high end of dose since i am over 3k on 500mg a week test cyp.

just maybe it is underdosed dbol or idk what to say really maybe i just do not get the crazy pump you guys are speaking of.
