How long do you guys wait before running another cycle? Ps I don’t come off test I just run 250 until a cycle starts

Seriously though, the answers will vary. Me personally, depending on bloodwork, 6 to 8 weeks. That's after a deep cut. From bulk to cut, bloodwork dependant again, I keep the ball rolling and go straight into it. Its probably not the "correct way" but it works for me.

Thanks coming off my first tren cycle in about 2 weeks and it’s been insane been on 220mg, sleep has been wrecked, strangest dreams ever and aggression is out of this world, but the feeling in the gym is worth it

Let your bloodwork tell you if you’re good to go back on. If your levels are still not in range you need to take more time off. Average 6-12 weeks depending on how long your cycle was
