I am planning to run 250mg test e, 200mg bold cyp and 200mg npp for 12 weeks. The reason im sharing this is bc i want some advice and opinion on using bold cyp. Ive heard great things about bold/eq and how people use it as an AI But this cycle i would like to avoid using an AI. I previously ran 500mg of test e for 3 months like an idiot and of course experienced high e2 sides that i did end up taking care of using an AI. Other than that I had good blood work. At 200mg can i expect to crash my e2? What is your guys experience and what test to bold mg ratio would you rocommend to avoid crashing e2.

Run Test and EQ. Drop the. NPP. No worries about E2. Slow and consistent gains.

EQ is one that varies wildly. I was on a 40% ratio of Test to EQ and my E2 was 20. Swapped it to 3:1 Test:EQ.

I'd start out at 2:1 at most. You might be a high aromatizer and a near 1:1 is fine. Probably easier to bring your e2 down than up if you crash it

Everyone reacts differently to various substances, so there's no single answer. Bloodwork is essential! Before, mid-cycle (E2), and of course afterward! Always! I personally wouldn't use Boldenone as an aromatase inhibitor (AI), there are better alternatives. Your cycle could be optimized if you know you aromatize quickly. Based on your chosen compounds, I assume mass and strength are your goals, right? Boldenone "can" lower your E2, but it's not guaranteed, especially since you're also taking NPP, no DHT, nothing... strange. If I were you, I'd take the 250mg test and check your E2 level/value after four weeks.

I know people are going to give me shit for wanting to take these compounds for this reason since their mainly for putting on size. But right now im at a slight deficit just trying to recomp. Lose a little fat gain some lean tissue since my calories arent drastically lowered. Reasons for taking npp is for my joints and my shoulder. And yes no dht derivatives. Mainly bc I dont want to lose my hair just yet Lol. Maybe one day in the near future.

Thanks for advice I might give 300 test 150 bold a try and see how it goes and do blood work.

If you dont mind me asking. Whats the reasoning behind dropping npp? Not trying to debate or say ur wrong just trying to understand.

Bump test up a little and run Test/EQ at a 3:1 or a 2:1 pull bloods at week 5. Keep NPP in at a therapeutic dose of 70-100mg.
