Let me start by saying that usually when you make a mistake most people are quick to go ahead and point the finger and stick they're nose up. I won't go into details for pride reasons, however I will say that PSL reps will definitely do what's right to make things easy for you. I am very pleased with the quality of assurance that these people have and the utmost regard for customer service. I believe they understand loyalty.
