Ok, so after looking into this, micro dosing starts at .01 gm and tops out at .05 gm. I’ll just go to mg. 100 mg. To 500 mg is micro dosing, after that they start at 1000 mg. for a bigger effect and top out at 3500 mg . 3500 mg could put a person in a pretty trippy state, they talk about up to 5000 mg but that would put you in out of control territory. Like most things,dose is individual thing. Canada seems to be fairly big into this, the government doesn’t seem to care much about it.
