You just fill out the contact form and submit it. Same as a regular website. Although there is some issues with proton and their spam filter that need to be worked out still. So i'm not getting the order requests yet. My email is still valid in the meantime, thank you in advance for your patience :)

I think what was being referred to is the contact email for the requestor. So you have a way to email the person if there was issue with payment etc. Is that information asked for after you hit submit order?

ok, I see what you're saying. I've used full woo commerce sites in the past and when someone submitted something in the contact form. it would just come through like a regular email on my end. I assumed it was set up this way. I will working with my IT guy to get this up and running asap. It shouldn't take long.

There’s no spot to enter our email, so when you do contact us with payment info how can we provide the email address?
