I’m not trying to be a BB. Just want to look and feel good.

In my gym there’s some big guys but overall in my mind, I think I look better than most of the 20 and 30 year olds there.

You mog the shit out of 99% of 45 year olds walking the planet. If that’s not enough for you, you could keep dieting down and look better. Digging out your abs would make you look far more impressive.

Where I need to improve. If it’s a good physique for 45?
You know you look great for 45, but I understand a little validation doesn’t hurt — that’s why I send people photos of my wood working projects like a needy kindergartner at show-and-tell!

Hell, I am the same age and would be proud as well to look like that, but I think I am stuck with the Shrek physique. Dieting is just too much trouble…

What are you bench pressing, by the way? That is my main measure of achievement, since I know I will never look pretty….

(Even if I slimmed down and got abs, I’d still have the face of a caveman crossed with a hamster, so what’s the point?)

Cave-ster. Sounds like a handsome breed.

My strength definitely isn’t my strong suit. I don’t max out but on bench I can do 245 for 2 at the end of bench sets. I do 365 dead lifts for 6

You both look a lot younger than your age. In my neck of the woods, I see some hillbillies in their 30s who are already missing most of their teeth and look like they’re on their last legs health-wise.

you lost 70 pounds thats impressive, did you use ozempic?
Main thing was mentally shift
Testosterone First 5 months for binge eating
Now on zepbound 5mgs a week which also helps wondering
Protein powder instead of fast food
And of course gear
