Cream of Rice

I make it with a little chicken broth (optional, could just use water) and throw in a little bit of seasoning I'm using for my protein for a savory carb source with my chicken/beef/venison/etc. if I don't want to eat it sweet.

Minute half, stir, another minute and half and stir again if I'm using the microwave. Comes out pretty good most of the time
 
I just bought a big old bag of this stuff. I’ve never used COR before and for some reason my groceries store doesn’t carry it. No clue if this is any good or not but it is fucking expensive lol

Pro tip; rice flour is the same and is a lot cheaper 😉 I even just put all my plain rice in my nutribullet and blend it to be as fine as I prefer for my cream of rice.

I’m an idiot. lol why didn’t I think of putting the rice in a blender! Damnit 😂 lesson learned. I won’t be buying no more COR. I got tons of white rice here

You’ll be happy with the Rice and Grinds it’s pretty damn good

I like to use hominy grits mixed with cous cous, cream of wheat ,ground millet, free range quinoa powder, cream of rice and oatmeal baby food powder in equal parts, I mix it with condensed milk and Malta or a non alcoholic beer to bring it all together, then I blend it all together and deep fry it with beef tallow into little hush puppy sized balls and I eat them in between sets at the gym , it gives awesome glycogen retention and ATP production,
 
I’ve always wanted to try cream of rice. I’m hooked on cream of wheat, and I like making it clumpy. Sometimes I spoil myself with a little sugar and butter.
