Crashing Test E

What would cause 4 bottles of test E to crash out of 10, all stored the same, all same batch. 4 crashed 6 were ok

Did they get cold? Different batches could be slightly different BA mixture causing a difference or if a couple got a little colder than the others. Try heating them in some warm water and see if they hold.

Probably cyp not enanthate

Test E is extremely difficult to crash. I've been doing this 15 years and have never seen or heard of any vials of test e crashing. The only way you will know is to send it out to test.

Most likely, Test E has been extremely difficult to source over the last 6-8 months or so. We were OOS for months. I'm sure there is plenty of cyp being passed off as enanthate.
