Crashed Estrogen

Ok First of admitting my own mistake taking a Ai without bloodwork... I have a monthly Test now for estrogen scheduled till I figure it out better.

My first time taking EQ also

Right now im taking 360 EQ a week and 480 Test

up till the test I took 12.5 mg aromasin ED witch looking back was probably a mistake

That being said I dont feel terrible

my estrogen came back at



I stopped taking the aromasin

I guess im wondering if my estrogen will just bounce back I have a test scheduled for two weeks from now on the 13th.

Also whats a Ideal ratio for Test to EQ am I way off doing 3/4 to 1 test ratio?

Normally just on TRT I sit at 65 I Didnt think it could get so low.

Yes your estrogen will bounce back, Not sure if you have any HCG, but you could plug yourself with some HCG at 250iu 2 x a week for 2 week.. That right there will give you a small spike in estrogen.

Exactly 12.5 Aromasin ED seems way excessive on its own. Not to mention the EQ on top which many experience lowering estrogen effects. Been here almost 2 years lord knows how long on gear… what do people learn from the forums if anything?

I personally never got any e2 suppression from eq in the past the couple times I used eq. I think that is way overblown. Either way, just drop the asin and run ur test/eq however you want, get bloods later and see where things are. Don't even worry about ratio nonsense.

EQ tanks my estrogen. Don't worry about the ratio bullshit everyone preaches. Everyone is different. Start somewhere, and adjust your doses to dial in your E2 based on bloodwork. Just keep in mind the long half life of EQ.

Eq downsides always out weighed the upsides to me. HCG, prop maybe even tne might spike the e2quickly.

I took a fairly long break from all forums. It's good to see guys have changed their stance on AIs. Last time I was around, 5 or so years ago, guys insisted an AI had to be included in all cycles. I would try and try to tell them they were wrong that AIs are just too damn strong to arbitrarily mess with.

Like this poster says no ai should ever be used unless you are getting regular blood tests for your estro levels. It's just so easy to crash your estro with an AI that you have to know for sure.

Personally, I recommend a SERM instead. No gyno and no estrogen worries with that.

The only time I'd use or suggest someone use an AI is precontest. At the end to crash your estrogen to about nothing on purpose to dry out completely. But, you only do that for 36-48 hours.

Use NOVELDEX and worry about other things, lol.

Also, there are people who never need any type of blocker. I've known several guys who can take 3000 MGS of test with no serm or ai and not get a hint of gyno.

Of cours, in these cases they are just not suseptible to gyno for whatever reason. It doesn't mean their estrogen isn't super high. If competing they would still need the AI.

I always think this is so interesting. Some people say mast lowers their E2 and it does nothing to mine but EQ and Primo both are very strong ai's in me.

Why is everyone so surprised that EQ varies person to person regarding estrogen levels? It's like Primo. Everyone responds differently. I've seen more blood work than a person should see in a lifetime, and it can crush someone's estrogen or barely budge it. The majority of the time it will reduce estrogen, but that is why we get blood work.

Moral of the story, never add an AI unless confirmed by bloods.

Mast lowered mine from 102 all the way down to 39 running 250 test/200 mast. Haven’t tried Primo.

agreed, it's a guessing game until you find what works for you and what doesn't. Mast dose nothing to my E2 either, but primo will tank it. My sweet spot is about a 1:.75 test to primo ratio. Even 1:1 will completely crash my E2. It was not fun figuring that out the hard way lol

So really I was just trying anything to fix my ear issue and it turns out it had nothing to do with needing an AI. turns out I fixed my ear issue with a 35$ ear popper on amazon. Still dont know why it happened tho and its happened two times for like months....

that being said I should get tested more often then I do and have it setup for once a month rn for just a few things

ok so two week later after I dropped the aromasin....

my estrogen came back at 6



I ordered another treat for next month.....

Im at 360 Test and 450 Test

I was going to bump the Test up to 600 to try to raise my estrogen a little bit....

does anyone have any other ideas

I dont feel terrible except caffeine isnt effecting me at all.... but im not tired either cause of the Cpap

The aromasin should take about 10 days to be out of your system. So you definitely need to lower the EQ.
