Theoretically they can target specific genetic types. As a human population our genes have many different alleles and different expression patterns. These can be targeted. This is the reason why people have different sensitivities to drugs, toxins, infective agents etc.

I just showed the video to my wife. She had totally forgotten about this attitude towards us, the people who weren’t “anti-vax” or “pro horse dewormer”. Just cautious people who thought that things just didn’t seem to add up.
