Thanks! I think I’ll give it a try.I used collagen powder for awhile for a torn labrum and for awhile after and it seemed to help, but I was also running BPC157 & TB500 so hard to tell.
It’s not a bad option imo if you can afford to run GH all year around. You will have to try it for some time and see. Costco often has good deals on it.

I felt like such an idiot after spending a fortune of Vital Proteins for well over a year. Kudos to their marketing department for taking the cheapest, lowest grade protein (typically skin, bones, and cartilage) and getting a hot bitch like Jennifer Aniston to promote it.Collagen bioavailability is extremely low unfortunately. Wish it wasn't!
