I've got the supplies, have worked on calculations, and I've been waffling. I was going to go with a higher dose, but the realized how long that would last. I was thinking of going with 2IU, but often wonder if there's much point in that little. So, I think I'm compromising, and going with 3IU. I think that will be more than general health and will help with body composition, but I'm not really sure. I guess the question mark was to leave it open for people to comment things like, "YOU SUCK," and "I tried 3IU and it did nothing for me, " or "I used 3IU for 6 weeks and found it helpful."
Oddly, everyone seems to use even numbers: 2IU, 4IU, or 10IU seem to be the most common.
