Wife was admiring me doing yard work today. We did measurements and calipers this morning. 7 point skin fold put me at 16% probably the leanest I’ve been since junior high, lol.

Brother, how hard do you train your adductors? LOL. They are yuge
i work them to bring up my thigh measurement since my quad genetics are trash. i do the little machine where you close your legs against the pads. i set the starting point as wide as i can, then i scoot forward in the seat to make it even more of a stretch. slow controlled reps, 3 sets every ~8 days

If that’s all you do for them, your genetics aren’t bad at all. I HAMMER mine, and they dont grow like that.
