After over two decades of coaching through word-of-mouth referrals and personal recommendations, I’m excited to officially expand my coaching services online with the launch of a new website and social media presence.
Over the years, I’ve intentionally limited the number of clients I could take on due to my career outside of the fitness industry. With retirement on the horizon, I’ll soon have the opportunity to dedicate even more time to coaching while also bringing on an additional coach to help meet growing demand.
