Don’t worry about blood cells, etc. Instead, rejoice in a generally better liver and kidneys.
All results look fine.
And I have made it known on this forum that I don’t believe in therapeutic blood draws.
If your shit was in the extreme, maybe, but (I forget who) someone on the forum did an experiment and hydration levels pretty massively skew results.

Knowing this, I drank two liters of water between going to bed Thursday and going for blood draw Friday morning. Unfortunately, the results aren’t back yet.

Consistency with training and diet: good week last week, cardio has been 30-40 minutes almost every day besides legs.





Ways and things that I can improve:



Bring food w me on road to avoid getting hungry over 2 hours and missing food.

Been sick the last few days , haven’t lifted since Sunday, but back in the saddle today and crushed some legs with squats.

Hammered out 10 sets of 135x12. Barely walked out of the gym, Feelsgoodman.gif

Anybody who's serious needs the determination and discipline he has(and listen to the coach 😂) This has been an outstanding and inspirational ride so far. 👍
 
Appreciate the kind words but I really feel like there is so much room for improvement. Just trying to show up and produce any amount of work and keep it consistent.

Really felt down about not working out the last three days but was pumped to show up this morning and enjoy the process and give it my all.

Working with @CoachCabo has been a tremendous privilege and huge motivator for this journey, very grateful!

A forewarning, PayPal does not actually sell crypto, it merely speculates. I bought about 400 bucks in btc yesterday, and come to find out PayPal has been fucking people since 2022, claiming you can transfer to an external wallet , but it is not possible. There is zero support , and no help from PayPal. I’ve had a PayPal account for 20+ years. Closed all that shit. They got me for about 15 bucks in fees. Outright fraud.
 
In other news, every inch of my legs hurt, pretty rad. Haven’t been sore like that in a minute. Really starting to shed fat, and looking forward to hitting push day today. Feelin good !
Such a great feeling! You know you killed when you feel that soreness!
 
Still recovering from being sick but showing up consistent. Weight and fat continues to drop. Nearing sub 220 weight ( started at 246 August )

Hit push day yesterday but only got about ten mins of cardio, and hit pull day early this morning with about 25 mins of cardio.

Going to get another 30-40 min in tonight to make up for yesterday.

So no blood donation?
Donating blood only makes the issue worse over time. Donating blood stimulated EPO production. Once you start donating you'll never stop. Avoid vitamin c, stay hydrated, less red meat, intense cardio a little natto and you're all good
