Guys i know theres alot of threads, but they old, mixed information, misinformation, not proper made diet etc..
so my cut plan is fine, im going well, right now im 11%bf, like a week or 2 to 10%, deficit was 600 kcal/week, since 1 week i added small refeed day and now its 400 deficit/week, once i hit 10% ill go back to maintenance for a week, and then i would like to go with clen.
i have t3 on hand, but i dont think it may be necessary.
350 test prop/w (week 4 since start)
350 mast prop/w (week 4 since start)
75mg tren hex/w (week 3 since start)
microdose tren a 7mg/day (2 days since start)
the reason i added tren a, is a little bit more tren i can go with, more steady levels on the back from hex, + i like tren a rush feeling)
i tryed clen before, i know i must go low, titrate slowly depends on sides, even my doc prescribed me before bcs i had asthma symptoms. i just have took it 7 days and back cramps, sleep etc.. i know the preffered dose from my body, how slowly to up the dosage and how ill react, this time i got taurine, electrolytes, alot of water, magnesium glycinat to combat some of the sides.
wanted to hear how much clen gonna help me with all this dialed in and is it worth it? for example should it increase time (for example 2-3 weeks instead of 4-5 to hit my goal), can i increase the cardio a bit and not worry about muscle loss during the period i take it, is it efficient and preventing the muscle from loss?
should i go 2 weeks on/2 weeks off? can i take something to clean the receptors and continue use for a longer?
does it was worth it by your experiences? thanks!
