Thank you brother. I’m trying my best haha. Staying somewhat lean? Definitely the fattest I’ve ever been though.

I'm really excited. I think I need about 5-10lbs more this offseason to really keep filling in my legs and back.

Have no idea when my next show will be, and honestly, it really isn’t even on my mind. I just want to fill the holes, keep improving, and build a physique I’m truly proud of.

Yeah you're lean enough lol.

Love the mindset. I always found that I would really get into a groove with the food being high for a LONG time and, training getting to that level where every set of every session was like trying to hit a PR around 6-8 months into a growth phase.

Of course the strength goes up quickly after you switch gears but, to get to that point where you're handling weights you never though you would and continue to squeak out a rep or add weight to the bar always took me a while.

The good part though, when I got to that point where every set was a mind fuck, I just grew and grew and grew. My most productive off season, I sat in that spot for about a year and it was around 2 solid years between shows.

You'll know when you're not progressing anymore or, you think you've added enough muscle to where you need it. Then drop the hammer and see what the hard work resulted in.

Until then, enjoy being big and strong as fuck lol.

Changes — waiting on coach for feedback.

This was a big jump this week. Simultaneously fixed the tooth infection, switched from tbol to tren, and since quitting my job stress is so low, I don’t know what caused my body to start responding image4.jpeg

I notice Justin doesn’t have you do cardio. Do you hit a daily step count or just walk after meals while pushing?

Honestly dude, no to both. I try my best to go for a walk after meals especially if appetite isn’t great, but it’s really up to me.

Damn, that’s crazy you still keep in shape with your food that high and no steps/cardio. Impressive.
