Cialis....what has been your experience? Worth it or minimal effects....

I take 2.5mg about 3x a week. Any more than that, I get horrible lower back pain.
It seems to increase histamine alot (inflammation). i got MCAS so i had insaine pain from it. reduced with quercetin, as it reduces histamine. but also a anti androgen so had to stop it

Doing 1.25 mg twize per week, gives abit joint pain but increase blood flow. not strong enough to give good erections tho. alot of people say the pain goes away after a few weeks but i really doubt it, as it increases histamine

It also reduces my blood pressure way to low. extremely dizzy at 5 mg even at 2.5mg but the day post 5mg jesus christ how horney i was, def increases DHT like the studies says. havent been this horny in years

Doesn’t increase histamine, but a vasodilator in general could possibly increase symptoms like flushing or nasal congestion.

As someone who BP also tends lower genetically, I also can’t handle much of it or I’ll get hypotensive as well and get those orthostatic dizzy moments.

Helps with my BP but destroys my sinuses. Mentholated Afin helps a lot but I know what can happen with that so I use it sparingly.

What’s your protocol when you’ve tried it? It has a longer half life (at least for an oral drug) so there may be a dosing schedule you could work out to get the benefits without the sides.

10mgs as needed for BP. Varies from day to day. Probably should try 5 a day but haven't done it yet.

Wrong

"Histamine causes vasodilation through the activation of its receptors (primarily H1 and H2) on blood vessels, which leads to smooth muscle relaxation and a widening of the blood vessels. This process increases blood flow, contributes to inflammation, and is a key component of allergic reactions and anaphylaxis. " - AI

tons of guys that need allergy meds on cialis. as it increases histamine (allergy respons)

If i inject thiamine at the same day i dose low dose cialis it really help the hypotensive issue

Cialis doesn't increase histamine. If histamine is increased it may cause what you mentioned but it won't be from Cialis....

No, Cialis (tadalafil) does not increase histamine; in fact, studies suggest it can decrease the body's response to histamine and other allergy-related mediators. Research indicates that tadalafil may have anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects, possibly by reducing the contraction of smooth muscles in response to histamine.
Inhibits histamine response: A study found that tadalafil reduced the contractile responses caused by histamine in lung and tracheal tissue strips.
Potential anti-allergic effects: Tadalafil may also decrease the release of other mediators of allergic reactions, which is linked to its anti-inflammatory properties.
Other effects: These effects are thought to be related to its mechanism of action as a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, which increases levels of cyclic GMP (cGMP), and helps to relax smooth muscles.

I’m not wrong because we are talking about Cialis… which doesn’t raise histamine. Cialis does obviously cause vasodilation, but not through any mechanism involving histamine.

So from what I’m reading.. if someone doesn’t have BP concerns, ED or issues with vasodilation.

Cialis isn’t a necessity.

Still good for part of a pwo if you like because it helps vasodiltion so you get a better pump. Up to the individual.

I take 10mg a few days a week but I’m dealing with inflammation and never attributed it to Cialis. I thought better blood flow would reduce inflammation but I took it today and my knee has bothered me all day so idk. Bummer if it does increase inflammation because it’s awesome Otherwise.

Yet you need anti histamins in order to remove the joint pain from cialis, so its obviously connected. Same with the allergy respons tons of guys get. dripping nose. all of this is histamine liberation

Exactly

No joint pain and certainly no drippy nose. I never use antihistamines. Cialis fights and decreases histamine. You were talking about what histamine does. The thread is about Cialis which lowers histamine. It's in the studies/literature. Like the one i posted. But, don't take my word for it. Look it up yourself.

I love histamines. Gives me a buzz. Maybe we can get a sponsor to start carrying it. Anyone know the starting dose for Histamines?

If you can show me something showing Cialis raises histamine levels Im always down to learn brother, but in all the research I’ve done I’ve seen no such thing.

My understanding is antihistamines help because they attenuate the vasodilatory and sensory effects that overlap with histamine pathways, not because Cialis actually raises histamine.

It has so many benefits as mentioned and a lot more. I take 5mg liquid sub lingual 30 min prior to workout as a pre workout supp. I take 6 weeks on 2 weeks off to give my body a reset. I’m in my early 60s and love waking up with a rager. Great side effect but the reason I take it is for the anabolic effects.

I’ve been on low-dose 5 mg a day for several months and my neuropathy in my legs as greatly decreased. For the first time and close to 15 years, I can actually tell you if my feet are hot or cold.
