I’ve been doing one hour cardio daily for years. I will not skip cardio but will lifting. You get used to it.
I do treadmill, stair master, stationary bike, run in the street, bike in the street and swim. When I wake up whatever I feel that day I just do.
Cardio is very easy to get used too. If you do in consistently it’s piece of cake.

@Augustine5I There are many types of cardio exercises, and the best type for you depends on your fitness level, goals, and preferences. If you're experiencing fatigue in your legs during running, you may want to try alternating with other types of cardio or taking rest days in between.
