I placed an order on Friday evening and it's been crickets over here since. Most sources will provide a tracking number within 34 hours or response to an email asking if they received the order. Not these guys just silence...
Maybe that should tell me everything I need to know?

Anyone have good results with them ? They are obviously a sponsor so I figured safe...Is this wrong these days?

So you placed an order going into the weekend? It's not unusual for some sources to have delays on the weekends.
Keep in mind that some of these shops operate in a vast network, and different time zones, with multiple parties involved.
This isn't a Walmart order.

To be fair, give them to the next real official business day to respond to you.

It's been two days, a lot of times they'll give you a refund if it is delivered after 2 days

Well here we are almost a full month and nothing. Mark the admin keeps saying give it a couple of days.

Guys is it normal for a shipment to take over a month? It's been stalled for the last 10 days!

Please have in mind these periods of times we are in, especially November and December is one of the busiest months of the year due to the Christmas gifts, Black Friday and a lot of vacations.
 
Every time I’ve ordered from them it took 24+
Hours before payment received and sometimes 3-4 extra days before tracking was sent. They take a while, but it will show up.

First post… and it’s just shy of a full “where’s my stuff?” moment. Remember, you’re ordering AAS online—it’s not like DoorDash. DPStore is reputable and likely one of the last places here that would scam anyone. For the record, they don’t operate on weekends.

Why escalate shipping concerns publicly after being asked to stand by?

Also, it’s the holidays—one of my orders from a domestic source took 14 days to arrive (usually 7–8 at most).

You will get it, and it’ll make a great Christmas gift for yourself! 🎄🎁 (I know that’s not what you want to hear, but it is what it is.)

May i know what payment method you choose? On crypto currency payment, it applies automatic at the moment you make the payment, that is also why we offer you guys CASHBACK UP TO 25% for payment with CRYPTO.

Yup, this is true.

There have been thanksgiving as well, which slowed down a lot of shipments, but as said. please DM me your order INFO and i will have a look personally.

Please have in mind guys, it is up to chrismas and new year, the logistics most busiest months ever for november and december, there will be some delays, and we hope the delay wont be for so long though.

I ordered during Xmas week and sent an email about payment. Got an email back a couple days later saying everything went through and my order will be shipped on Monday. Monday I got tracking info. I'm impressed with the communication I got back and the speedy tacking label that was created the following Monday after Xmas week. Wasn't expecting anything to happen until after the new year because of the Hollidays. I ordered International so just waiting for it to arrive to the states. I figure overseas takes about 2 weeks before I will see an update and acceptance here in the states.

Figured it out! Order was international not domestic,should be here this
week, also does anyone know the price difference on domestic vs International I’m guessing it’s the shipping speed? 7 day vs 2weeks

It’s much more than just shipping speed. Lot of hassles we have to deal with when it comes to domestic.

if you want to order domestic in future please make sure you click on US DOMESTIC UP TO 7 DAYS and make ur purchase trough there if thats how you want to do.

if you dont mind wait 5-25 days then i prefer international
