I like this dude a whole lot, but I think he's NUTS, yes he's reckless AF with his dosages, he does everything he can though to keep things looking GREAT.

Below is his BP protocol which obviously kept all serious health sides from the abuse at bay. Again dude must have mad tolerance or is just smart as fuck. Or both

My blood pressure protocol:
Drugs (cause that's all you guys will try anyway):
40 olmesartan (more kidney protective than telmi)
25 hctz
10 cialis
5 Nebivolol (only because I'm on 120 clen and they cancel each other out)
I'm going to tell you now drugs alone when doing none of the following activities only got me to 125-130/80-85. If you want exceptional BP the activities below are the real game changers.
Activities:
10k steps a day.
HIIT cardio 2x's a week (all out sprints). Lift weights, do the hard shit, go to failure.
Sleep with cpap.
Fast 16-18 hours 1-3x a week.
15 minutes shirtless sun exposure daily.
20 mins 200 degree sauna daily.
3 min 40 degree cold plunge daily.
Grounding daily.
Eat in a deficit and lose some damn weight!
Eat low carb (not ideal for bulking but if you are trying to figure shit out and dieting this is huge). Have an amazing wife and baby!
I'll say it again, the drugs weren't enough. They will help, but you've got to get off your ass and get to work
Ps: I understand there are bodybuilders out there and this may be their standard cycles. Just crazy to see. And amazing to see his health still
