Can someone please critique my gym routine?

Id love if someone could critique my routine, and tell me if Im missing anything, doubling up on something, or just doing something completely wrong. I prefer this muscle group pairing, and days, because it allows me to train 6 days per week, and hit each group 2x per week. Obviously I'm open to suggestions. Thank you.

AAS Experience: A few previous cycles.

Test E 500(250 x2) 12 Weeks
Tbol 40mg ED 6 weeks
Asin 12.5mg EOD
N2 Guard/P2P/Fish Oil
TDEE: 2681
2400cals(35C/40P/25F)

Goal: Recomp
Cardio each morning(Boxing/Kick Boxing class)

*Everything is 4x12, except for Deadlifts(4x8), and Abs)
*Left shoulder Pain from previous injury

ISO Row

Cable Crossovers

Tuesday: Bi's/Tri's/Shoulders
Barbell Curl
Tricep Extension
Wrist Flexion(palm up/Palm down)
Preacher Curl
Tricep Cable Pulldown
Lateral Shoulder Raise
Reverse Pectoral Dec Fly
Shrugs
Front Plate Raise

Wednesday: Legs
Leg Extension
Prone Leg Curl
Leg Press
Romanian Deadlift
Glute Bridge
Calf Raise
Hip Adduction Machine
Hip Abduction Machine
Abs
 
I just know from my own experiences, which isnt a lot. I started in the 90s so not much experience, really, that 500mgs doesnt set too much shit off. Now when id play around with 750mg+ id keep that on deck for when sides came up, if they ever did. Everyone's different and you may need eod. Just dont want to see you crash some shit out, if you know what I mean.
 
Just my opinion I prefer one body part a week.
Mon-Shoulders
Tues-Back
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday Chest
Friday Arms
Rest Sat and Sund. I do one hour of Cardio 7 days a week. 4 to 5 sets per body part. Typically done with the work out in 30 minutes.

At the end of the day do what works for you. If you don't see the results or improvements you are looking for change your routine. Good luck.
 
Looks OK. I would add a squat movement in there somewhere. I would also cut down the sets to three instead of four. Aside from that I love hitting each muscle two times per week. Not a fan of the bro split, for the major majority of people.
 
I started in the 90s so not much experience,
😂 30 years is pretty experienced in my opinion. If I remember correctly, I tried e3d, and ended up with itchy nipples, but honestly I can't remember. Going back through the spreadsheets of my previous cycles, I've done both. Need to look through my most recent PM's. I'm sure I asked someone before. Thanks for the help 👍🏻
