I would say that if you are someone who can control diet as it is and are lean, they would benefit more from a GLP than the same person who can diet but with higher bodyfat. If you need to bulk, adding in a GLP-1 will likely hinder quality of life due to digestion issues and trouble eating the proper amount of food. On the flip side, if you are lean but your body's natural processes are seriously starting to work against you, then a GLP-1 will likely improve quality of life. After a certain point just saying "just tuff it out bro" when trying to stay lean is asinine.If you aren't obese or have serious ghrelin issues, then think twice on using the GLP's. Especially if you are on the lean side.

I see this popping up a lot and I have to agree with you unless you need it try and stay away or keep it low dose. We’ve spoken. Before I’m on 1mg a week so not a crazy dose of if I weee to see or feel any side effects I’d pull the damn plug. In a firm reliever in learning to suffer a little it’s part of the process and you’ll receive more cues from your body as to where you need to go or take things. You also know your body inside and out. Like I said, if something works for you, awesome! People forget hunger signals are an important factor in how we add/reduce calories for what our bodies need for the goal we set. When that is skewed it can be a hard read. I will never judge someone for the compounds they take.
