Haven’t used TB500 in years and haven’t noticed a difference in injury recovery when running BPC solo. This has been confirmed by numerous surgeons I’ve spoken with over that time. The TB is more for open wound healing situations.
Do BPC ran between 350mcg-1000mcg depending on severity.

I’ve ran both and BPC by itself and have to also say I didn’t notice a difference. For an internal injury such as a tear I would use the BPC with GH rather than with TB.
Yea this year I plan on tapping in the HGH world…. Was thinking about running 2iu for a month before bumping it to 4iu

HGH is an excellent additional to a daily regimen. 2IU is a perfect starting point. If you need to go up then taper up slow. When I first tried GH I went up way too fast and ended up like a water ballon. My BP skyrocketed and my hands and feet filled with fluid. I had to keep my hands above my head and feet elevated to stop them from going numb. I couldn’t pick up small pills cause my hands were so swollen.
I use 2-4IU daily. When bulking I’ll use 8-10iu split am/pm. I’ve been doing this for near 2yrs straight now. If you can afford to run it daily long term you won’t regret it.
