I have impingement in my right shoulder, it’s annoying and takes forever to heal. I can still workout pretty good, I just don’t do things that hurt too much.

I got some BPC-157 in hopes it’ll help heal, I do 1 shot a day of 500mcg as of now but wanted to ask if anyone else have a better dosing protocol that have helped in a similar situation?

I do daily icing/stretching/massage gun of the shoulder/lats.

man shoulder impingement is the absolute worst it feels like it just lingers forever no matter what you do. i ran bpc for a nagging rotator cuff issue a while back and honestly i found that splitting the dose into 250mcg twice a day worked way better than doing one big shot. something about keeping it in your system more consistently seemed to speed things up for me. also if you can get your hands on some tb-500 to stack with it that's usually the magic combo for tendons and inflammation. just make sure you aren't overdoing the stretching because sometimes cranking on an impinged shoulder just pisses it off even more. good luck with it hope it clears up soon so you can get back to training heavy!

rotator cuff exercises and pendulum’s work the best in my experience. The peptides didn’t help at all for that specific issue. Great for my knee pain though

Pepto pro protein aka medical grade protein will help heal injuries , strains, tears and surgeries faster.

I used to carry it but don't anymore..true nutrition and dante carry it.

I'd add collagen peptides daily and omega oils as well to assist in such an injury if it were me personally.

Ok, I’ll check them out. What collagen peptides do you like? I tried it before but not sure I felt much from it, maybe it’ll be more helpful now when I’m injured. I’ll up the omegas. Thanks!
