Good evening ASF... long story short I been experiencing pain and some what of crackling in my shoulder when I lift things from a certain grip or when doin shoulder workouts, and the pain even goes to my arm, and been like this for a few months now.. Im debating on either goin to the Dr or trying out TB-500, BPC-157 first.. I met two dudes who hurt themselves outside of work and starting taking these peptides and swore they recovered fast from taking them, but these two dudes stopped goin to my gym. Question is who has actually taking these peptides for pain and recovery on their tendons or injuries ..etc.. what labs/peptide company did you take and what were the dosage or what kind of administration is best? I seen topical, pills, injections.. even topical..how drastic were the results/recovery..im clueless on these two peptides, so all the info would highly be appreciated ..thanks ..

I have used both compounds and most definitely worked..I stayed training the whole time on them..I'm always thinking how great it would have worked if I actually stopped training and really healed

About 8 weeks..
I started the tb 1st.
Then added bpc 2 weeks later..started noticing after a couple weeks..back & bi used to kill me.where it would hurt to lift a water bottle later that day..
I don't have that pain anymore
 
In February, I couldn't lift my coffee cup. Started the Peps and now I’m like 90%. I can't use a barbell to bench or military, I use dumbbells to get a different grip and releasing the stress off my shoulder. It works for me.

Also- I took a bullet through my left palm and it lodged in the tendons between the bulb ilof the ulna and my hand on the pinky finger side. I dug it out in the field, duct taped it and was back in the fight. No issues until about 5 years ago and couldn't squeeze, rotate or lift much without support. I attribute that healing to the peptides as well.
 
@01dragonslayer has posted his protocol of these 2 peptides for healing several times. It was detailed and mainly for injury, post surgery recovery if I recall correctly? You can search to find it or possibly PM him.

I’ve used the BPC157 about 1.5 yrs ago at a moderate dose 2500mcg ED from a source that isn’t here anymore @FARMATON RIP. The BPC works great for a bump in the healing process. I also used BPC at same dose with 3iu gh for some healing again this year and worked well.

Although I think you should get a proper exam to know the extent of the damage you may have 1st. When I tore my labrum it took months of rest and PT to recovery without surgery. It’s painful to stop and/or not be able to do certain movements in the gym but you have to isolate the injury and protect it from non recovery stimulus to let it heal properly. Otherwise you are just doing more damage and probably increasing the risk/need for surgery which can take you out of the game even longer in many cases.

I took it for a month and healed some tendons up nicely. I did BPC every day and TB twice a week and rubbed the heal cream on daily

*You should rest the afflicted areas during the healing process. (or take it as easy as possible) It goes much faster that way. Just a tip. I fixed a few things for myself and others with just BPC.

I use BPC 157 at 500 mcg split into 2 daily SubQ dosages
Run a 8 week cycle with 1 month rest
Works wonders for my tendons and ligaments and old shoulder injury

Gymntonic and EP filled it up 1 tic so 250 on bpc (jammed that into the tendon) and 1 tic on tb I don’t remember how much that one was in the belly. Then 3 pumps of heal from Wes on each elbow. Lots of banded stretches.
