So for shoulders, IM into the delts with an insulin syringe?

Will be honest, if you inject into the injured area sometimes the muscle or ligament will spasm and feel like it's trying to kick the pin out when it gets almost in the injured area and or when you push the hammer down to get the sauce in the area. You'll never get use to it but it definitely works and does what myself and others say about it, it absolutely helps and works.

Everyone will have different results. But personally, I had better results right into the injury. Sub q just for maintenance

Same insulin syringe but like others said 29/30g might bend from spasm

So I've been dealing with a nagging groin pull for months. Did it doing deep leg presses and at times it would ease up a bit but the pain was always there. I've done 4 shots of the BPC-157/ TB-500 stack at 500mcg per shot. The pain is GONE and I mean absolutely GONE.

Stack as in blended vial? I hope I get these same results for my issues. What site did you use?

i inject both right into shoulder sub Q and have tried just right straight in muscle with 31gauge insulin needle. I felt more beneficial sub q in area of pain

Yeah, both peptides in the same vial. 10mg of each.

I used PremierAminos and the provide test certificates for all their peptides. Using their Retatrutide as well at 1mg EOD and it's making dieting beyond easy. Food now is the last thing on my mind but I'm still getting my macros in.
