Curious on accuracy as wellMost of the time I go to a local supplement shop and do an inbody scan but I've been thinking about getting one how do you like it how accurate did it seem

The ones you get at store use electric pulse to measure resistance. If you are dehydrated or just worked out the resistance will be way off because lower water content. Only way to use them is mid morning after you've rehydrated for the day but before you sweat. That's why I got one but don't use anything but weight. They can be good tool if you make sure you use same parameters every time, timing, hydration, activityI got one, but I don’t trust it at all. Last time I used it it labeled me as fat muscular, we almost threw hands![]()
Didn’t know that, my girl had it for a while. I just use to weigh myself, upon waking some times. Don’t use the bmi feature that’s linked to a phone app.The ones you get at store use electric pulse to measure resistance.
