Hello there, male 31y, 178cm.I've always been very high TT and high/normal Freet T.

Been morbidly obese for most of my youth... got thin afterwards (naturally) and been on/off eversince on the overweigth/normal side of things, but never again like before.
I even got to >2000 Total Testosterone a couple years ago all natural, only intense gym.The only medication ive ever used long term was PPI. Used it for 15 years on and off but stopped a couple months ago.
Im currently overweight (96kg), from fat not muscle, and havent gone to a gym in years, even tough i went basically straight on for 7 years from 20-27y. In the latest years i basically only did cardio and even that at low frequency/intensity.
This is my most recent lab:
My Free T (im brazillian, hence the portuguese):

Ive never dosed SHBG.I have an ungodly difficulty losing weight. Also gain muscle very very easily.
Anyways...

What could be the cause of so high TT even not exercising?
I use no hormone altering medication. Or any medication at all.
PS:

PROOF OF NO STEROID USAGE AND NO WORKOUT AT ALL BASICALLY:

What was your LH level?

The "average" test levels for men have fallen 50% + in the US ... for many reasons.
Some of us escaped the chemical onslaughts in the food water meds vaccines etc...
I was in the 1100s natty.

Yup Fletcher, that's why it's really a mystery what 'normal' should be. I know several guys who went to the doctor only to be told they don't need TRT because their levels are normal, even though they had no sex drive, energy, terrible recovery, etc, all the symptoms of low testosterone. I've always had insane sex drive, would lift every day, do cardio in the morning, jump out of bed every morning without an alarm clock, etc etc. Also ate a diet of saturated fat and cholesterol from natural foods, red meat from the farm, fresh eggs, spring water, raw milk and butter, have always been staples in my diet, plus plenty of vitamin d, omega-3, and zinc.

I'm going to say good genetics in regard to your hormones. Also, you are likely not fighting with the amount of chemicals we Americans do in our food, water, and environment. I would be thankful and learn the best food intake leading toward losing fat. Being overweight causes a lot of issues. I know, because at the moment I am FAT.

Just genetics, nothing more to really think or wonder about.
I always had very high natural test until I went on statins at age 40. My bloodwork at age 40 that I got, I was in the 700's for total-test.
(I always put on muscle easily, had insane libido, etc).
I never touched an anabolic until I hit age 50 and went on TRT. 10 years on statins, my Test went down to 253. (That plus aging I guess).
But much of our testosterone is made in our Cholesterol, fuck w/ that and you fuck w/ your hormones.

Take advantage of your natural hormones and get to work in that gym!!

Exactly, people don't understand the role that cholesterol plays in testosterone production. Don't listen to cholesterol lies people.

Yes! I grew up on spring water, local farm foods (whole raw milk, real butter, CLEAN beef & chicken, vegetables etcc...) and I was always super active, lifting running, boxing and I chased skirts with the best of them. Too much probably! 😄
I never got flu shots, I never took any meds for anything.
