I have bloodwork scheduled at the end of next week and want to reschedule to normalize after antibiotics and sinus/ear infection.

How far out should I schedule bloodwork after antibiotics?
Looking at digestive enzymes, pre and probiotics/ fermented foods to restore gut flora.
Anything else recommended?

Thanks in advance.

Seems most studies show taking probiotics does not help regrow the flora in the gut and can actually slow recovery.
Eating fiber soluble and insoluble and fermented food and a healthy diet seem to be the best way to repopulate the gut.

I’d give it two weeks just to let everything clear up.

that was my doctors recommendation after a viral infection. Made the mistake of pulling bloods 2 days after I felt better and everything was upside down. EGFR was down, ldl and HDL were cut in half but triglycerides were up, inflammation was up by like 1000%
