I need recommendations on BP meds. Im taking telesmartin, but the congestion is killing me. Im taking 20mg at night. Other than congestion I love it.

Just my 2 cents. I'd see a doctor that knows your history for that. The wrong kind can mess you up. There are several different kinds that all do different things. ARB's, Ace Inhibitors, Beta Blockers etc.
 
Im on 10mg of Lisinopril. No sides other leg day i do get a little more lightheaded. Im going to cut it back to 5mg and see how that goes.

Def going to talk to my Dr but I like to be informed before I go. I dont want him to give me something that isn't tolerated well.

If you just want general background information about a class of medications I would ask ai. state your medical history, body stats, lifestyle and then ask it to discuss each kind of medication in that scenario. Only caveat is some people are uncomfortable putting personal information into ai. but then you could go to your doctor with that knowledge at least
 
So like others guys have said talk to your doctor, took me several combos to see what worked, lisinopril, amlodipine, losartan and Nebivolol barely changed my reading and caused sides. Telmisartan and propranolol do the trick on blast though
 
I cannot speak for you.

I have on hand Telmisartan, Nebivolol and Ezetimibe on hand and I run them all on cycle.
