Hello,
I recently strained my quads and have been advised to avoid using them for the next month as part of my recovery. Nevertheless, I want to maintain my RR routine by focusing on exercises that don't strain my quads but still help build upper body strength. Since some RR exercises, like pseudo-planche pushups and ring ab rollouts, partially engage the quads, are there any good alternatives that would allow me to continue working on my upper body without involving my quads?
