Hi everyone

Curious as to what brands you all recommend for Nattokinase?

Been struggling w high HCT lately, most recent HCT 57, so I went and donated . It was 57 in December as well after a test/deca/primo cycle

Been on TRT for the last 10 weeks and HCT was still high

Gonna get retested for sleep apnea. 5 years ago when I was 60 pounds heavier it was normal .

I always try and hydrate with 2-3 liters water before labs etc

Anyhow… curious as to what Nattokinase brands you all recommend for HCT control ?

I was thinking about Hemo-Flow by leviathan nutrition but it has Naringin in it which can interact w my statin and occasional cialis use

Ty!

This stuff is the best there is. I would definitely check the sleep apnea aspect as well. I didn't even know I had it because I was having these micro awakenings about 30 times. My wife said I wasn't snoring etc. Got a CPAP and my hematocrit dropped 5-6 points. Also, stay hydrated the entire time during your cycle, not just before your blood draw. I aim for a gallon and a half a day of water and electrolytes. What does your cardio look like?

you take 1 per day?

Doctors Best is great. Good quality, trusted source, good price because it's in bulk (270 caps)

HCT isn't really that big of a deal if platelets are under control (take baby aspirin), and blood flow is good (hydration, cardio, fish oil, maybe a BP med and cialis).

Do we know for certain that this stuff decreases 'Crit?
Like any of you done bloods with same gear dosage while off Nitto
and again on Nitto?

I take 12,000 FU. One single 2,000 FU dose is pretty useless. I would take AT LEAST 8,000 FU daily.

I agree here. I started taking 4000 FU a few years ago and did nothing. 8-10k FU works perfect on cycle!

I’ll run 4K FU on just TRT which does the job while I’m only running 100-125mg Test Cyp wk.

Not entirely sure but I believe it’s just a fibrinolytic, so you won’t clot and stroke out or have a heart attack, but not sure it decreases hct directly. Would be curious about how it did, if so.

I believe it just decreases the risk from high crit, not that it decreases it per se

I need something.....Up until recently a pint would keep me in check.
The past 3 bloods were still high after 3 pints.... So I had to drop everything down to HRT. Finally got me to pass but my Dr is questioning my usage
more and more lately... And he's Pro-Gear.

Only thing I’ve read is that it helps decrease clot formation… it doesn’t appear to directly decrease hemoglobin or hematocrit …. But anecdotally… gym bro’s appear to see a benefit

Thankfully my platelet count is normal at around 194,000

On Telmisartan 80 and metoprolol XR 25 mg … both daily

Ciais 5 mg 2-3x a week… if I take it too often I get nasty heartburn

Also take 20 mg atorvastatin and 10 mg Ezetimibe… my HDL actually got up to 50! Which is a new high for me . And my LDL was under 100

So on cycle , your 'crit was good using the Nitto proven by bloodwork?
On cycle I can get it to drop by near 10 from the Natto dose. With I’ll be at about 44-48 where highest I’ve been without was 59. It took me time and more research to find I had to up my dose to 8-10k FU but once I did it made a big difference. Increased hydration up to 1.5-2gal of water with adequate electrolytes and salt is something I do on cycle as well to help…especially when using EQ.

Good to know

I’ve been on test e 25 mg daily so 175 weekly for the last 10 weeks post cycle

Will be decreasing to 125 mg weekly for now to see if it helps the HCT

Nice! Hope it works for ya bro. And btw I love your Dec cycle of the Test/Deca/Primo! I love that cycle myself also. Great synergy and feel phenomenal on those 3 compounds.

To add to @Bolan a number of posts suggest grapefruit extract in addition to Natto. Has anyone taken before/after blood on cycle using both showing a reduction?

I have. It can actually work to increase RBC production which can thicken the blood even more. I was trying it for increased BP but it can be counterproductive if it can help produce more RBC.

If you donate too often you can get the "rebound effect." You tank your Ferritin which can eventually lead to iron deficiency anemia. I'm sure you already know this 👍🏻

Thank you for sharing your results!

Yeah both were in range at all times. The "donation" is a Dr prescribed blood letting in the Drs' office. It was 70, 68,65 then after 4 weeks totally off everything 49.
Red Cross looks at me and they tell me to go home. :ROFLMAO:

Man, I need to find a doc like yours lol

But why did they tell you to go home? Or was that when you were at 70 and not 49 (and then I totally get it)?
