What is the best bulk cycle you’ve ever done?
I’ll go first:
My second cycle, consisting of
300/300/500 test/primo/deca. blew the fuck up. god i love deca. i went from 180 to ~215 in 20 weeks.
hey, i got dexa scan about a week after starting and i was put at 11.4%. 8 weeks following the cycle on cruise (175mg test PW with 75 masteron), i was at 15.6% bf @ 207 pounds. i gained 16lb of muscle tissue in 20 weeks. i ate around 3.5k calories on my medium days, 5k 2x a week on my high days and 2500 on my low day. trained PPLHow much of that 30lb weight increase did you retain as LBM?
What was your caloric intake, protein, fats, carbs etc? Training style?

That's actually a respectable amount of muscle retained. I pretty much only bulk with ostarineThe “bulking” vs “cutting” stack is all old bullshit broscience. Any steroid can be used for either. It’s diet dependent.
