What is the best bulk cycle you’ve ever done?

I’ll go first:

My second cycle, consisting of

300/300/500 test/primo/deca. blew the fuck up. god i love deca. i went from 180 to ~215 in 20 weeks.
 
How much of that 30lb weight increase did you retain as LBM?

What was your caloric intake, protein, fats, carbs etc? Training style?

hey, i got dexa scan about a week after starting and i was put at 11.4%. 8 weeks following the cycle on cruise (175mg test PW with 75 masteron), i was at 15.6% bf @ 207 pounds. i gained 16lb of muscle tissue in 20 weeks. i ate around 3.5k calories on my medium days, 5k 2x a week on my high days and 2500 on my low day. trained PPL

So of 30 pounds gained, about half was muscle. Great work.
 
I’ve never done this and probably wouldn’t. But wasn’t Test/Deca/Dbol considered like the holy grail of bulking stacks? Or was it the mommy milkers speed run stack? It was one of those

That's actually a respectable amount of muscle retained. Good job.

Definitely respect the 5k cal grind.. I'm capping at 4k, what were you using for more protein consumption and carbs?

My first was great, test/ dbol, the old school bro science first cycle almost 20 years ago. Went from 225 to 255. 30mgs dbol first 6 weeks, 500 test e for 12 weeks.
 
My very first cycle 25 years ago… Ran Test E 300 and EQ 300 and Dbol 25 for 10 weeks. Went from 135lbs to 185lbs while on and ended up around 150-155 when I came off. I was bloated and puffy AF though. Had to buy all new clothes. Could barely put on my seatbelt or tie my fucking shoes…
