Anybody have any recomendations on the best apps to track meals n training? More towards the meal side as i have been tracking workouts for years, but if its easy enough to do both why not.
Myfitnesspal is good, but putting in your own recipes for shit is a pain in the ass - particularly when you have to pre-calc the # of meals per recipe.
Just downloaded my fitness pal... Wow this app rocks... Seriously... Awesome... You can scan in the crap you eat and it saves them to shit you eat a lot... I'm in love
so im about one week in on Myfitnesspal and for the most part its great. only took me about 2 days to get used to it and almost everything is on there. the only thing i dont like is tracking my workouts. I already keep a log so i guess i dont really have a need for it, but wish could do it all in one place.
