I need to start a log for myself. Off and on powerlifter for years, bad relationship got in the way. After I broke up with my ex in 2019, I got up to the biggest I have ever been. 230-235 lbs. single digit body fat. I felt great. Hurt my back, stopped lifting for a few months to recover, then I got a catheter forced into me by some dumb fuck nurses which has sent me into some deep depression the past few years as it has greatly impacted my sexual ability, so I stopped lifting. I have accumulated lots of injuries the past few years from just dumb shit, not to mention I treated my body like shit while I was in that relationship, fucked up my wrist, my ankle, my joints and ligaments always pop. I lived a car for a while, basically starved myself because my ex would spend all my money and at one point, I weighed about 130 lbs. which is very bad for someone of my size. Anyway, not bitching just explaining this to give a background of what I've recently been through. I was always in great shape and recently had to do some PT for work. Had to do some running and it basically crippled me, my ankle was swollen, and my knee was so bad I could've even run the last day (embarrassing that obese chronic smokers beat me). I didn't really realize how fucked my joints have gotten. And some basic things like push-ups and pull ups were a real struggle for me. This was a wakeup call as I've always taken my health and athletic ability to a high degree, generally always outperforming most people physically.

Right now, I'm focusing on doing some light exercises here and there. I'm also working full time and in college full time so I do it when I can. I will be posting my routines and diets, and steroid cycle once I start it.

Diet and routine may have to be modified a bit because my schedule is hectic. But I'll see how it goes once I get things dialed in. Right now I'm getting all my supplements in line, setting up my home gym, and making sure I eat regular meals, eating a solid 4 meals a day now, which means I have to eat big meals. When I was at my biggest and strongest, I was eating 6 meals a day which made it easy for me to portion my food accordingly, but with long hours and no breaks it's hard to do that now. People are generally shocked at my diet, lol, but I find it essential for me to constantly eat meat to maintain size and I've always done high fat low carb.

Definitely try it. I could get into the whole science of why I think consuming a large amount of quality fat is essential for health, but I'll save that for later. :D Thanks for following.
 
Knees are starting to feel better from the running I had to do for PT a week ago. Stomach a bit upset from eating out, so I fasted today, took a bunch of probiotics, chugged some vinegar and sea salt water, feeling better after a bowel movement. Gonna start jump roping in the morning and see if my knees can take that or not. Currently eating a dozen eggs, half gallon of milk, and roughly 2.5-3 lbs of steak a day (4 meals currently). Lifting will start Monday. Also to note that in December I'll be going to camp for more PT for about six weeks, but there will be lots of running involved at the camp. So log may have to resume afterwords.

I like that title, sounds good. :) Ate 6 raw eggs this mornings, with a teaspoon of raw butter with some celtric sea salt sprinkled over, then drank a 16 oz glass of raw milk. Let it digest for a couple hours. Just went out and did 10 minutes of jump rope with a weight 1 lb rope (5 on, 5 off), then walked it off for 10 minutes. Now drinking another 16 oz glass of raw milk.

Note to self: knees were a little tender still starting off, but I warmed up to it.

1 lb of ground lamp for lunch. 1 lb of steak at dinner with a Ceasar salad and a couple potatoes with raw butter and Celtic Sea salt, finished it with an ounce of raw liver and another 16 oz glass of raw milk. Did paused lunges for about 5 minutes while my steaks cooked on the grill.

Meat doesn't bloat me at all. It's only when I go off my diet that I get bloated. You'll find, or at least I find that getting all the processed junk out of your diet really cleans the gut, you get hungry for the next meal very easily when it's mostly the only thing you eat. Also, steakhouses cook their meat in vegetable oils (not saying that's why) but that shit always fucks with my stomach, and it's poison anyway.

No drugs yet. I have to leave in December for 6 weeks anyway for PT for my job, so I don't see any point in doing that yet. So I may start that in February, which is good because it'll give me time to get my conditioning back to a reasonable level.

Finished the night with another 16oz glass of milk and 3 eggs with celtic sea salt and raw butter on top.

Note to self, seem to hit a wall around the 40 second mark each time because I always trip up around that time. Knees also felt much better today. I think squatting helped. And I'm starting my supplementation of glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, and collagen I,II,III.
Walked the remaining 8 minutes

Will probably be going on a caloric deficit this week because I'm taking the week off work. Also almost out of milk and won't be able to resupply until next week, so might be going carb free for the next week. Maybe will just finish off the rest of my milk tonight, cook a steak and call a day for the eating.
 
Fasted past couple days with a lb steak in the evening. My stomach is definitely back to life, hunger pains tonight. Didn't do anything past couple of days and I feel anxious. Back to it in the morning.

Note: Tried some melatonin and my body does not like it, woke up feeling like I got wasted, body aches, groggy, headaches, gave me diarrhea, weird dreams too. Never reacted good to the stuff, just threw it in the trash.

I'm not going to do steroids, at least for now, and instead am going to focus on healing my peyronie's disease with high doses of serrapeptase, nattokinase, vitamin d, alcar, coq10, and bpc157, and tb500.

Pretty embarrassing, but I'm just saying this because I don't care about hiding it anymore and it helps to share it, plus I'm sick of victimizing myself. Met a beautiful girl at the academy I was at for work the past couple months, fit, great personality. We got intimate, danced a lot, she was rubbing against me, feeling me up, and she basically asked me straight up "if I had been drinking a lot or something." I knew what she was referring to (as I basically don't have much reaction down there), and she seemed a bit withdrawn after that, which all us men know how that impacts our ego. But hopefully I can get results from this cycle of supplements. Also I need to withdraw from masturbation, it's a bad habit, but I know it worsens my condition by not properly letting me heal. Yeah of course my dumbass does that shit right before I meet a lady. Also I've been drinking a bit tonight so sorry for the rambling.

Welcome back. Take a little bit of cialis ED or EOD. I’m sure you know of the benefits, plus the help with erections is always a plus. The jacking off to porn yes it’s a bad addiction. Try limiting it to once a week or maybe twice if you wacking it seriously. Then stop watching crazy shit to it, eventually frequency will lower and you won’t need to be looking at whores doing whore shit to get off. Normal sex will do. Less I jack off the more sex i want to have and it’s better sex. The more I wack the more I want to keep doing it. A discipline thing just like diet and training brother, you got this.
